Mary Bennett

Owner

I have been in the fitness industry for a decade. Starting as a personal trainer before progressing into coaching and now owning my own facility.

I have always loved what I do but since having my owns space, I’m rewarded daily with P.R’s and smiles.

People come into KUZO with baggage of everyday life but leave with a smile and a weight off their shoulders.

Having a baby in early 2022 has brought my training into perspective and the relationship I share with exercise, motherhood and work is reflected in my coaching. I am balanced, consistent and always the clown.

Simon Bennett

Having served the last 15 years in the industry, Simon is no stranger to the health and fitness space. He has a wealth and knowledge and experience that he is eager to share.

 

With qualifications in Ironman Triathlon Coaching, Strength & Conditioning and Olympic Weightlifting, Simon has a passion for integrating CrossFit training into everyday lifestyle.

Since Simon started coaching in 2005 he has been successful in helping both clients and professional athletes the achieve results they desired

CrossFit has been one of the most challening and rewarding sports I have ever been involved in.

As an added bonus it comes with an amazingly supportive and fun community!


My biggest asset as a CrossFit coach is my passion for holistic health and helping others. I love getting to know our member’s strengths and weaknesses, and working with them to reach their training goals.

To me, the best part of being a coach is supporting people to do things that they didn’t think they could do!

In my classes I aim to create an inclusive, welcoming, and fun training environment for everyone.

It’s so rewarding to see members from all levels of training experience and backgrounds workout alongside each other every day.

jonny Vercoe

I’ve been in the fitness industry for a few years now, while my background is in competitive powerlifting, group training is an absolute passion for me. 

 

Since my first CrossFit class I knew this was where I was supposed to be.

 

It was an instant love of the sport, and I can’t imagine wanting to do anything else.

 

I’m all about good vibes and positive energy, and I bring a unique approach to coaching. I always strive to get the best of everyone whether it be a 1rm overhead lift or a box jump for the very first time!
